已有报道指出,同时有人类免陷缺陷症病毒(HIV)感染的丙型肝炎患者的病情比仅患丙型肝炎者严重。研究表明α干扰素(IFN-α)治疗抗-HIV阴性的慢性丙型肝炎患者有效,而对抗-HIV阳性的慢性丙型肝炎患者采用IFN-α治疗尚未见报道。作者对12例抗-HIV阳性的慢性丙型肝炎患者采用IFN-α治疗作了研究。
It has been reported that patients with hepatitis C who have human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection at the same time have more serious illness than hepatitis C alone. Studies have shown that alpha interferon (IFN-α) is effective in the treatment of anti-HIV-negative chronic hepatitis C patients, and IFN-α therapy has not been reported in anti-HIV-positive chronic hepatitis C patients. The authors studied 12 patients with anti-HIV-positive chronic hepatitis C treated with IFN-α.
