目的建立涉水改性聚丙烯(PP-R)塑料管材水浸液中的17种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的液液萃取-气相色谱-质谱方法,并应用于市售涉水塑料管材的抽样调查。方法对色谱分离条件进行了优化,并对市面上的多种不同品牌的塑料管进行了水浸泡取样,采用液液萃取-气相色谱-质谱方法,对浸出量及其影响因素进行了研究。结果浸泡温度、pH值、浸泡时间均对邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的浸出量有影响。当浸泡温度高于50℃时,浸出量会明显增加;pH值为5.0~9.0,p H值越低,邻苯二甲酸酯的浸出量越大;浸泡时间越长,浸出量越高。邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯在塑料给水管中浸泡液中均有检出。结论该方法快速、有效,可用于给水管材中17种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的检测。
Objective To establish a liquid-liquid extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for the determination of 17 phthalate esters in water-immersed polypropylene (PP-R) Sample survey Methods The conditions of chromatographic separation were optimized. A variety of different brands of plastic tubes on the market were immersed in water soak. The extraction volume and its influencing factors were studied by liquid - liquid extraction - gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. Results Soaking temperature, pH and soaking time all affected the leaching amount of phthalates. When the soaking temperature is higher than 50 ℃, the amount of leaching will increase obviously. The pH value is 5.0-9.0. The lower the value of p H is, the higher the leaching rate of phthalate is. The longer the soaking time is, the higher the leaching rate is. Dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, diisobutyl phthalate and di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate are used in plastic water supply pipes In immersion liquid were detected. Conclusion The method is rapid and effective and can be used for the determination of 17 phthalate plasticizers in water supply pipes.
