为全面掌握案件调查移送接收办理情况,进一步规范打击拒不支付劳动报酬的犯罪行为,保障劳动者的合法权益,促进劳动关系和谐稳定与社会公平正义,潍坊市人社局与市公安局组成联合调研组,就用人单位拒不支付劳动报酬涉嫌犯罪案件调查移送接收办理等工作在全市范围内进行了调研。情况近年来,全市各级人社部门和公安机关立足实际,不断加大联合打击拒不支付劳动报酬犯罪行为力度。自2013年1月至2014年3月底,全市共受理查处涉嫌拒不支付劳动报酬犯罪案件61件,涉及拖欠2790名职工4322.93万元,人社部门向公安机关移交54件,
