随着经济体制改革的不断深入,国有企业承担社会责任的要求也越来越迫切。本文主要从国有企业责任意识、国有企业社会责任立法、国有企业社会责任执法及监督等重要环节,论述完善我国国有企业社会责任法律制的措施。在此基础上,立法、执法、司法、社会监督相互补充,相互配合,形成一套完善的国有企业社会责任法制机制。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the economic system, the requirements of state-owned enterprises for assuming social responsibilities have become increasingly urgent. This article mainly discusses measures to perfect the legal system of social responsibility of state-owned enterprises in China from the important links such as the sense of responsibility of state-owned enterprises, the state-owned enterprise social responsibility legislation, the law enforcement and supervision of state-owned enterprises. On this basis, legislation, law enforcement, judiciary and social supervision complement and cooperate with each other to form a sound legal system for social responsibility of state-owned enterprises.
