Incentives are the management methods that inspire people’s inner potential through scientific methods, induce people’s motives, and create a kind of internal motivation to move toward the desired goal. The most fundamental purpose of an enterprise’s implementation of an incentive mechanism is to correctly induce employees’ work motivation so that they can meet their own needs while realizing their development goals and increase their satisfaction so that their enthusiasm and creativity can continue to be maintained.
