本文通过对培训基地基本现状和师资队伍现状的分析,对天津职工培训基地教师队伍的优势和劣势进行了系统的阐述,同时指出中年教师比例偏小,青年教师比例过大,新教师教育教学理论知识和教学基本功急待加强的问题,最后阐述了加强教师队伍建设的对策。
