随着我国经济的迅速发展,在我们生活水平提高的同时,我们的工作压力也在不断的提高。有研究表明,工作压力过大可能引发各种恶性后果,如抑郁症、过劳死等,这些现象应引起我们的重视。如何应对工作压力带来的负面影响、缓解工作压力以提高工作效率,是企业长期以来一直关注的问题,而工作压力与工作绩效之间的关系则是学者们一直探究的热点问题。本文简要分析了关于员工工作压力与工作绩效关系的研究成果,并提出了疏解压力的方法策略,它对企业中的管理尤其是人力资源管理提供了借鉴。
With the rapid economic development in our country, while our standard of living is improving, our work pressure is constantly on the rise. Studies have shown that excessive pressure on work may lead to various vicious consequences, such as depression, overwork and so on, these phenomena should arouse our attention. How to cope with the negative impact of work pressure and ease the work pressure to improve the work efficiency is a long-standing concern of enterprises, and the relationship between work stress and work performance is the hot issue that scholars have been exploring. This article briefly analyzes the research results about the relationship between employee’s work stress and work performance, and puts forward the method and tactics to relieve stress. It provides a reference for the management of enterprise, especially human resource management.
