为获得能够产Iturins类脂肽的芽孢杆菌以应用于植物的生物防治中,以果蔬体内、根际土壤等多生境中分离的118株细菌为出发菌株,采用平板对峙法、管碟法对其进行了初筛和复筛。结果表明:其中3株菌株对立枯丝核菌、瓜果腐霉和尖孢镰刀菌显示出强烈的抑制作用;通过薄层层析等方法对产Iturins脂肽菌株进行初步分析,最终确定K103为目标菌株。通过形态学鉴定、生理生化试验及16SrDNA的分子生物学等方法,对产抗菌脂肽的K103菌株进行分类学鉴定,最终确定菌株K103为解淀粉芽孢杆菌,并将其命名为解淀粉芽孢杆菌K103(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens K103)。
