伴随供应链竞争商业模式的盛行,延迟定制给定制产品供应链网络的协同运行带来了新挑战。针对由多个实施延迟定制的定制模块供应商以及定制产品制造商所构成的延迟定制装配型供应链网络,首先在分别构建定制模块供应商通用阶段与定制阶段生产成本模型、制造商订货成本模型与装配生产成本模型的基础上,给出了定制产品供应链网络总成本模型;并由此提出了延迟定制装配型供应链网络联合经济批量模型。其次,基于各模型参数的性质分析,求得无限期确定性需求下、基于广义启动成本和广义库存成本的延迟定制装配型供应链网络最佳运作周期;在随机性需求下,提出简捷迭代求解方法、求得无限期随机性需求下供应链网络最佳运作周期;同时提出公式求解方法、求得无限期随机性需求下供应链网络最佳运作周期高精度近似值。然后,求得供应链网络上各成员各自的最佳运作周期,并基于这些最佳运作周期的对比与分析,得出结论:在定制产品供应商链网络内,各成员必须基于网络最佳运作周期进行协同,以使网络拥有最佳运作周期、最低总成本。 With the prevalence of business models in the supply chain competition, the delay poses new challenges for the coordinated operation of customized customized product supply chain networks. At the same time, a formula solving method is proposed to obtain the high-precision approximate value of optimal operation cycle of supply chain network under the demand of indefinite randomness. Then, the best operation cycle of each member of the supply chain network is obtained, and based on the comparison and analysis of these best operation cycles, it is concluded that in the customized product supply chain network, each member must base on the best operation of the network Cycles are synergized so that the network has the best operational lifecycle with the lowest total cost.
