6月26日是国际禁毒日。25日,省高院打击毒品犯罪新闻发布会透露,2009年至2011年,全省各级法院审结各类毒品犯罪案件8459件,判决发生法律效力的犯罪分子11469人;其中,判处无期徒刑以上刑罚278人。2011年6月26日至今年5月,全省各级法院审结各类毒品犯罪案件3255件,判处无期徒刑以上刑罚81人。本刊选发一则团伙毒品犯罪案例,以此告诫人们珍惜生命,远离毒品。
June 26 is the International Day against Drug Abuse. On the 25th, the provincial high court’s anti-drug crime press conference revealed that from 2009 to 2011, 8,459 criminal cases of various types of drug crimes were concluded in the courts of all levels in the province, and 11,469 criminals were convicted of legal effects; among these, more than the number of life imprisonment 278 penalties. From June 26, 2011 to May this year, the courts at all levels in the province concluded 3,255 drug-related criminal cases and sentenced 81 people to life imprisonment.
