目的探讨药师在普外科开展临床药学工作的模式与作用。方法从药师下临床的准备工作、工作方法加以介绍并进行分析总结。结果药师在临床工作中是临床药物信息的提供者、医嘱制定的参与者、个体化治疗的推行者和药物不良反应的监测者。结论通过开展临床药学服务工作,可以提高临床合理用药水平,受到医生的认可,保证患者用药安全。
Objective To explore the mode and effect of pharmacists in clinical pharmacy in general surgery. Methods from the pharmacist clinical preparation, work methods to be introduced and analyzed. Results Pharmacists in the clinical work are the providers of clinical drug information, participants in the formulation of prescriptions, the promoters of individualized treatments and the monitors of ADRs. Conclusion By carrying out clinical pharmacy services, we can improve the level of clinical rational use of medicines and receive the approval of doctors to ensure the safety of patients’ medication.
