城乡关系的发展演变与社会生产力发展的程度、发展的水平紧密相关。在经济不断增长,社会全面开放的今天,我国城乡联系日益紧密,城乡相互作用也日益加强,城乡融合即一体化,这乃势所必然。十六大报告提出要统筹城乡经济社会发展,这无疑为我们正确处理城乡关系,促进城乡协调发展,实现城乡一体化目标提供了新的的发展思路。按照这条发展思路顺势而上,我们就一定能加快城乡一体化的进程。我国现阶段社会生产力水平已经达到了这个要求,决定了我国城乡协调融合发展要走城乡一体化。
The development and evolution of urban-rural relations are closely related to the development of social productive forces and the level of development. With the continuous economic growth and the full opening of the society, the urban-rural linkages in China are getting closer and closer. The interaction between urban and rural areas is also increasingly strengthened. The integration of urban and rural areas means integration. This is inevitable. The report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) proposed to make overall plans for the economic and social development in both urban and rural areas. This undoubtedly provided new ideas for our correct handling of urban-rural relations, coordinated development of urban and rural areas and the realization of the goal of urban-rural integration. Follow the trend of development in this development, we will certainly be able to speed up the process of urban-rural integration. At the present stage of our country, the level of social productive forces has reached this requirement, which determines the integration of urban and rural areas and the integration of urban and rural areas in China.
