0 空分设备、分子筛流程概述 KDON-350/900型空气分离设备是生产氧、氮、氩产品的分子筛增压膨胀流程的小型成套设备。其原理是根据空气中各成分的沸点不同,利用深冷技术把它们从空气中分离出来,从而得到氧气、氮气及氩气等等。它的特点是工作压力比较低,小于1.0Mpa,安全可靠。其空气净化系统采用分子筛吸附清除水蒸气、二氧化碳、乙炔,结构简单,机组较小,效果好又安全可靠。它的型号为:HXK-2700/7型,加热器功率为60kW。
0 Air separation plant, molecular sieve process Overview KDON-350/900 air separation plant is the production of oxygen, nitrogen and argon products, molecular sieve pressurized expansion process of small complete sets of equipment.
