目的:验证按现有总混方法混合后感冒颗粒中薄荷脑的含量均匀性。方法:按照感冒颗粒现行批量每批16万袋,采用3000L总混设备,按转速8r/min混合15min后,对混合机的内的各个取样点进行取样和分析。结果:4批感冒颗粒的10个取样点薄荷脑含量差异较小,RSD值均小于3%。结论:该混合方法及工艺参数能够将薄荷脑混合均匀,重复性好,工艺成熟。
OBJECTIVE: To verify the content uniformity of menthol in the cold granules after mixing by the existing total mixing method. Methods: According to the current batch of cold granules 160,000 bags per batch, using 3000L total mixing equipment, mixing at speed 8r / min for 15min, sampling and analyzing each sampling point in the mixer. Results: There was no significant difference in menthol content among the 10 samples of four batches of cold granules, with RSD less than 3%. Conclusion: The mixing method and process parameters can be menthol mixed evenly, good reproducibility, the process is mature.
