企业文化是一个企业生命力的源泉,是企业发展的动力。企业在运转过程中都打上了文化的标签,从而使企业自身具有独特性。自由开放的市场环境下,企业在竞争中培育出的企业文化可以很好的凝聚企业员工的共识,增强对企业发展方向以及战略上的认可,推动企业目标的实现。从本质上说,企业文化就是维持企业作为一个独立客体的精神内核。企业文化与企业发展类型相适应就会加速企业的发展,没有健全的企业文化体系则会导致企业发展的瓶颈。
Corporate culture is a source of vitality of enterprises, is the driving force for the development of enterprises.
