目的:分析肿瘤内科护士职业倦怠的原因和对策。方法:选取我院肿瘤内科60名护士作为本次研究的实验组,另外选取其他内科的护士60名为对照组,统计分析护士的个人成就感、压力来源、去人格化以及情绪倦怠感等方面。结果:实验组护士的个人成就感、去人格化以及情绪倦怠感3个方面的分数明显高于对照组,工作量和时间分配的分数都高于对照组,人际方面得分低于对照组,且实验组护士个人成就分数明显低于Maslach常模(P<0.05),去人格化以及情绪倦怠感的分数明显高于Maslach常模(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤内科护士职业倦怠的现象比较严重,护士应选择合适的方法和积极乐观的态度来面对工作,缓解压力,医院也应为肿瘤内科的护士的发展创造更好的机会。
Objective: To analyze the causes and countermeasures of job burnout of oncology nurses. Methods: Sixty nurses in Department of Oncology of our hospital were selected as the experimental group in this study. 60 nurses from other medical departments were also selected as the control group. The nurses’ personal accomplishment, stress source, depersonalization and emotional burnout were statistically analyzed. Results: The scores of personal accomplishment, depersonalization and emotional burnout in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group, the scores of workload and time allocation were higher than those in control group, and interpersonal scores were lower than those in control group The nurses’ individual achievement scores were significantly lower than those of Maslach’s normal model (P <0.05). The scores of de-personality and emotional burnout were significantly higher than those of Maslach’s norm (P <0.05). Conclusion: The occupational burnout of the internal medicine nurses in our hospital is rather serious. The nurses should choose the appropriate method and the positive and optimistic attitude to face the work and relieve the pressure. The hospital should also create a better opportunity for the development of the oncology nurses.
