例1 女性,65岁。因多饮,多吃,多尿,乏力3个月,伴阵发性全身抽搐1天入院,既往无癫痫病史。入院当天全身阵发性抽搐3次,神志不清,两眼上翻,牙关紧闭,口吐白沫,角弓反张,四肢强直,每次持续3至5分钟,抽搐后昏睡约20分钟清醒。入院后查:T36℃,P90次/分,Bp100/64mmHg,神经系统检查无阳性体征。血糖680mg/dl,血酮-),尿糖~(++++),尿酮-),CO_2CP27vol/dl,血浆渗透压320mEq/l。
