1 前言柳钢炼铁厂加强喷煤系统的技术改造,积极开展提高喷煤比、降低焦比的攻关活动,不断优化高炉操作,严格执行标准化操作条例,取得了可喜的成果。1997年高炉喷煤比达到65kg/t,综合焦比降至567kg/t,利用系数达2.364t/(m~3·d)。最近,柳钢炼铁厂又加大了喷煤技术的投入。炼铁厂与南京企联钢铁研究所共同合作,研制了FMC-Ⅲ型高炉喷煤单支管流量测控系统(下称Ⅲ型系统),为高炉实现均匀喷吹、提高喷煤量提供了检测和调节手段。
1 Foreword Liuzhou Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. stepped up the technological transformation of the coal injection system and actively carried out tackling activities to raise the coal injection ratio and reduce the coke ratio. The Group continued to optimize the blast furnace operation and strictly implemented the standardized operating rules and achieved gratifying results. In 1997, the blast furnace coal injection ratio reached 65kg / t, the comprehensive coke ratio dropped to 567kg / t, and the utilization factor reached 2.364t / (m ~ 3 · d). Recently, Liuzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has increased investment in coal injection technology. Ironworks and Nanjing Enterprise Steel Institute jointly work together to develop the FMC-Ⅲ blast furnace coal injection single-branch flow measurement and control system (hereinafter referred to as Ⅲ system), for the blast furnace to achieve uniform injection, to improve the amount of coal spray to provide testing and Adjustment means.
