具体介绍了Hardfill坝材料的发展过程,Hardfill坝材料渗透溶蚀的研究现状.详细阐述了Hardfill坝材料的渗透溶蚀机理,并进行对比试验,采用Ca2+的溶出浓度和Ca2+的渗透量来表征Hardfill坝材料的渗透溶蚀程度,并总结得到回归方程.结果表明,Hardfill坝材料渗透出的Ca2+量是试验龄期的函数,且Ca2+浓度与龄期曲线呈先升后降趋势,最后稳定在一个固定值;Hardfill材料胶材用量少,其抗渗透溶蚀性能较常规混凝土稍差,渗透水中Ca2+的极限浓度低于常规混凝土.从原材料、环境水和施工工艺几方面提出了改善Hardfill坝材料抗渗透溶蚀性能的一些有效措施.
