目前,煤矿井下采区基本控制导线,一般采用在棚子上打上木楔,把导线钉钉在木楔上,用白粉抹上,就可以作为测点用了,但这样的固定方法,受放炮震动,扒装时棚梁错动,棚腿失脚等因素影响时,势必严重影响测量精度.现介绍一种用快于水泥在不同巷道施工中固定导线测点的简易方法.其使用要点为:1 棚梁支护在棚梁上面贴着顶板,打个木楔,把测钉或小钉钉在木楔上,然后把快于水泥抹在木楔和顶板的结合部,木楔两侧略包水泥.5min后便可凝固,40min至1h后,就能经得起掘进放炮时煤岩块打击.即使出现倒棚,也不影响测点精度.
