高等医学院校临床教师专业化发展对策探析

临床教师实现专业化发展既是高等医学院校适应医学教育改革发展潮流的需要,也是新时期临床教师培养目标的必然走向。根据我国高等医学教育改革和发展现状,应当从探索临床教师专业化发展的方向,完善临床教师教育培训体系,建立科学的评价与考核体系等方面着手,不断提高临床教师专业化发展水平。
