1999年12月7日至9日由中共中央党史研究室一部、中国中共党史学会、安微陈独秀研究会等七个单位主办的纪念陈独秀诞辰120周年学术研讨会在北京举行。来自全国各地的专家、学者、知名人士、有识者近百人到会,29人提交了论文,分列24个专题,主题是《陈独秀与共产国际》。大会讨论,史料翔实,研究深入,讨论畅所欲言,水平甚高。发言者近半数,有的人多次发言,会上会下气氛热烈。 会议比较集中地研讨了陈独秀先生的主要经历特点、大革命失败的复杂原因——为什么成为陈独秀个人命运及中国革命命运遭受重大挫折的转折点?共产国际起着什么作用?功过如何评价等等。研讨会获得突破性最主要的共识
From December 7 to December 1999, a symposium was held in Beijing for commemorating the 120th anniversary of Chen Duxiu’s birthday, organized by the CPC Central Committee’s Party History Research Center, the CPC Central Committee’s History Society and the Anwei Chen Duxiu Research Association. Nearly 100 experts, scholars, celebrities and well-informed people from all over the country attended the symposium. 29 papers were submitted and 24 topics were divided on the theme of “Chen Duxiu and the Comintern.” The discussion in the conference, the historical facts are informative, the research is in-depth, the discussion speaks out freely and the level is very high. Nearly half of the speakers, some people speak many times, the meeting will be a warm atmosphere.
