提出一种用于测量装载机工作状态下铲斗载荷的测试方法。该测试方法采用间接测量法,即分别测量动臂与铲斗铰接处销轴受力以及连杆受力,再求解得到铲斗所受外载荷合力的大小,运用该方法可以有效地得出装载机铲斗所受的外力情况,包括正向载荷、偏载情况和侧向载荷。介绍利用销轴传感器和侧向力传感器分别测量销轴径向力和侧向力的原理及计算方法。初步测试表明,该装载机铲斗受力测试方法,原理正确,工艺可行,可以有效地测出铲斗所承受的载荷。
A test method for measuring the bucket load under the working condition of the loader is proposed. The test method adopts indirect measurement method, that is, measuring the force of the pin shaft at the hinge between the boom and the bucket respectively and the force of the connecting rod, and then calculating the resultant force of the external load subjected to the bucket. By using this method, Bucket suffered external forces, including the forward load, partial load conditions and lateral load. This paper introduces the principle and calculation method of measuring the radial force and lateral force of the pin by using the pin shaft sensor and the lateral force sensor respectively. Preliminary tests show that the loader bucket stress test method, the principle is correct, process feasible, can effectively measure the bucket to withstand the load.
