党的十七大指出:思想政治工作的环境、任务、内容、渠道,随着社会主义市场经济体制改革的不断深入和完善,经济成份和经济利益的多样化、社会生活方式、组织形式以及就业岗位和就业形式的多样化的趋势日益显现,要适应形势的不断变化,满足构建社会主义和谐社会的要求,就要在内容、形式、方法、手段、机制等方面不断进行创新和改进,有效地解决各种新矛盾、新问题,进一步深化拓展创新思想政治工作,不断提高思想政治工作的指导地位。
