目的对新的铁路旅行餐饮安全监管方法运行一年来的效果进行评价,总结亮点和不足,进一步做好铁路旅行餐饮安全监管。方法利用辖区铁路站车卫生监督检查的《旅客餐车食品安全监督检查表》、《现场检查笔录》进行研究。结果对铁路旅行餐饮安全监管方法实施以来旅行餐饮安全监管方面发生的变化进行了总结,梳理了存在的不足,提出了改进的对策。分析得知,铁路旅行餐饮安全监管方法实施后,铁路旅行餐饮安全得到了进一步细化和加强,使旅行餐饮安全监管上了一个新台阶。结论为适应铁路快速发展和运输安全管理的需要,铁路旅行餐饮服务应结合铁路的特色进行加强和改进。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the new railway travel catering safety supervision method during the past year, summarize the bright spots and shortcomings, and further improve the safety supervision of railway travel catering. Methods The “Railway Passenger Car Food Safety Supervision and Inspection Table” and “On-site Inspection Transcripts” were used to study the health supervision and inspection of railroad station vehicles under their jurisdiction. Results The changes in the regulatory aspects of travel and catering safety since the implementation of the railway travel and catering safety supervision methods were summarized. The existing problems were summarized and some countermeasures were put forward. Analysis shows that after the implementation of the railway travel catering safety supervision method, the railway travel catering safety has been further refined and strengthened, so that the travel catering safety supervision to a new level. Conclusion In order to meet the needs of rapid railway development and transportation safety management, railway travel catering services should be strengthened and improved according to the characteristics of the railway.
