φ200 mm×865 mm支重轮轴在淬火过程中开裂。采用化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试、低倍组织及超声波探伤等方法对支重轮轴开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,材料中存在严重的非金属夹杂物和带状组织缺陷,低倍组织和超声波探伤发现白点缺陷。原材料中的白点缺陷是导致轮轴淬火时开裂的直接原因,严重的非金属夹杂物和带状组织加剧其淬火裂纹的扩展。
φ200 mm × 865 mm Support shaft cracked during quenching. The cause of crack on the supporting axle was analyzed by chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness test, low magnification microstructure and ultrasonic flaw detection. The results showed that there were serious non-metallic inclusions and ribbon defects in the materials, and the defects of white spots were found by low magnification and ultrasonic flaw detection. White point defects in the raw materials are the direct cause of cracking during wheel quenching. Severe non-metallic inclusions and banded structures exacerbate the expansion of quenched cracks.
