毛泽东始终注重带头廉洁自律,为全党树立了永葆共产党人清正廉洁的政治本色的光辉榜样。其主要表现在:带头坚持勤俭节约,穿衣整齐干净就行;带头反对挥霍浪费,生活上与人民群众同甘共苦;带头发扬艰苦奋斗精神,制止修缮办公室和住房;带头调查研究,坚持不懈地废寝忘食工作;带头严格要求亲友,决不允许利用职权搞特殊化。
Mao Zedong always paid heed to lead and cleanliness and self-discipline, and set a brilliant example for the entire party to keep the political integrity of the Communists honest and clean. Its main manifestations are as follows: Take the lead in persevere in diligence and frugality, dress neat and clean on the line; take the lead in opposing wasteful waste of energy and living together with the masses and the common aspirations; take the lead in carrying forward the spirit of arduous struggle and putting an end to the repairs of offices and housing; take the lead in investigation and study, Take the lead in strictly demanding relatives and friends and never allow to use special authority to engage in specialization.
