目的:测定复方当归注射液中阿魏酸的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Shim-pack VP—ODS柱(5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm),流动相甲醇-水-冰醋酸(35:64:1),检测波长324 nm。结果:阿魏酸在4.09~14.32 mg·L-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9)。平均加样回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.23%。结论:本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于复方当归注射液中阿魏酸的测定。
Objective: To determine the content of ferulic acid in compound Angelica injection. Methods: The reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was used. The column was a Shim-pack VP-ODS column (5 μm, 150 mm×4.6 mm) and the mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (35:64:1). Detection wavelength 324 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between peak area and ferulic acid concentration in the range of 4.09-14.32 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.6% with an RSD of 1.23%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of ferulic acid in compound Angelica injection.
