烟台市劳动争议仲裁委员会前不久作出一项裁决,勒令两名单方撕毁劳动合同的职工,赔偿劳动合同违约金1500元,而对被诉方赔偿2000元培训费的要求,则因缺少证据而不予支持。据了解,这两名职工,在1998年7月1日与某私营企业签订了劳动合同,从事摄影工作,期限为1998年7月到2000年7月1日。1999年9月11日,劳企双方变更劳动合同,合同期限为1999年9月1日至2001年9月30日。双方重新签订的劳动合同中约定:一方无故提前终止劳动合同,应赔偿对方1500元人民币。2000年4月15日,两名职工请私假离开原企业,一直没有返回,擅自到另外一家企业谋职。
