目的:研究降低农药残留的方法,把罗汉果提取物中以多茵灵,三唑醇,吡虫啉,烯酰吗啉为主要检测成分指标,降低到0.01μg·mL~(-1)以下。方法:采用清洗、脱农残树脂、活性炭柱相结合的方法进行研究。结果:研究表明,罗汉果鲜果,用100℃热水浸泡3 min,提取后进吸附树脂、脱色树脂精制后,经过进口脱农残树脂C、进口活性炭G处理,结合罗汉果甜甙V生产工艺,生产出的40%罗汉果甜甙V产品,农药残留每项指标在0.01μg·ml~(-1)以下。结论:通过对降低农药残留方法的研究,很好地解决了罗汉果提取物中农药残留的问题,并且操作工艺简单,产品稳定,具有很大的工业化生产应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To study the methods of reducing pesticide residues, and to reduce the content of polyoxin, triadimenol, imidacloprid and dimethomorph in the Lo Han Guo fruit extract to below 0.01μg · mL -1. Methods: The methods of cleaning, removing pesticide residue and activated carbon column were studied. Results: The results showed that the fresh fruit of Luohaoguo was soaked in hot water at 100 ℃ for 3 min. After the extraction, the resin was adsorbed and the decoloring resin was refined. After the resin was imported from the peel residue C and the activated carbon G was imported into the process, Of the 40% mogroside V products, each indicator of pesticide residues below 0.01μg · ml -1. Conclusion: The method of reducing pesticide residues can solve the problem of pesticide residues in the extract of Luo Han Guo well. The operation process is simple, the product is stable, and has great value in industrial production.
