目的:探讨淡豆豉提取物抗动脉粥样硬化的作用机制。方法:SD大鼠60只,随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性药组及淡豆豉提取物高、中、低剂量组。运用高脂饮食喂饲大鼠复制动脉粥样硬化模型。观察各组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL、HDL、NO和ET的含量变化。结果:模型组大鼠TC、TG、LDL、HDL、ET的含量明显升高,NO的含量显著降低。而治疗组尤其是高剂量组大鼠TC、TG、LDL、HDL、ET的含量明显降低,NO的含量显著升高。结论:淡豆豉提取物通过调节NO、ET的分泌和释放,以达到抗动脉硬化的作用。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of the anti-atherosclerosis effect of Diospyros blazesi extract. Methods: Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, positive drug group and light green soybean extract in high, medium and low dose groups. Rats fed high fat diet were used to replicate atherosclerosis model. The contents of TC, TG, LDL, HDL, NO and ET in serum of rats in each group were observed. Results: The levels of TC, TG, LDL, HDL and ET in model group were significantly increased, and the content of NO was significantly decreased. The content of TC, TG, LDL, HDL, ET in the treatment group, especially the high-dose group was significantly decreased, and the content of NO was significantly increased. Conclusion: The extract of Sophora japonica Maxim can prevent arteriosclerosis by regulating the secretion and release of NO and ET.
