裁员活动对裁员幸存者的心理会产生重大影响。本文从工作心理维度分析了裁员幸存者常见的消极心理特征以及对其工作行为的影响,提出了基于裁员幸存者消极心理的组织干预对策。
Layoffs will have a significant impact on the psychology of layoff survivors. This article analyzes the common negative psychology characteristics of layoffs survivors and their impact on their work behaviors from the perspective of work psychology, and puts forward the organizational intervention strategies based on the negative psychology of layoff survivors.
