我们都知道,家庭教育与学校教育不一致,会出现“5+2=0”的现象。其实,在家庭教育中,父亲与母亲坚持各自不同的教养方式,不顾场合在孩子面前争吵;祖辈宽容过度,父母严厉但不得法,孩子拿祖辈当挡箭牌;凭个人的心情对孩子随意设立规矩,对同一问题前后要求不一;家长自身的行为表现与对孩子提出的要求不一,言教与身教脱节等也同样会让教育效果大打折扣。保持家庭教育的同步协调,让多方面的家庭教育力量相互作用,齐心协力,是家庭教育取得效果的关键因素之一。
