选取Flexsim仿真软件,以供应链运作流程为基础,建立Flexsim仿真模型,详细分析采取制造商延迟策略前后供应链运作的变化。结果显示:供应链上采取制造商延迟策略,在满足顾客差异化的需求基础上,能降低供应链的整体库存水平,也能带来规模经济效益,真正实现推拉式供应链运作;供应链上供应商的供应能力和制造商的购买能力能够影响制造商延迟策略在供应链上的实施效果。
Select Flexsim simulation software, based on the supply chain operation process, establish Flexsim simulation model, and analyze in detail the changes of supply chain operation before and after adopting the manufacturer’s delay strategy. The results show that: taking the manufacturer’s delay strategy in the supply chain can reduce the overall inventory level of the supply chain and meet the needs of customer differentiation, it can also bring economies of scale and truly push and pull the supply chain operation; on the supply chain The supplier’s ability to supply and the manufacturer’s ability to buy can affect how the manufacturer’s delay strategy is implemented in the supply chain.
