本文对产权理论进行了拓展。除了关注外部性问题重要性的变化之外,作者还对交易的相当不同的内容进行了讨论。文章认为,这些内容基本在朝着使资本主义比集体主义更有生产力的方向变化。虽然文中强调的交易本质或许与外部性问题之间没有某种必然的联系,但是并不排除二者之间存在联系。所以,文章讨论了参与交易活动的当事人之间的关系特征。此外,为了对其他主要的概念性和理论性讨论作补充,文章考察了相关历史事件。
This article extends the theory of property rights. In addition to focusing on changes in the importance of externality issues, the authors discussed quite different aspects of the transaction. The article argues that these elements are basically moving in the direction of making capitalism more productive than collectivism. Although the article emphasizes the nature of transactions may not have some necessary relationship with the external issues, but does not rule out the existence of the link between the two. Therefore, the article discusses the relationship between the parties involved in trading activities. In addition, to complement other key conceptual and theoretical discussions, the article examines the relevant historical events.
