整齐的乡村水泥小路,用木头垛起的柴扉,依水的小桥,精心修葺的土坯房翠竹掩映,溪水环绕,不时看到郁郁葱葱的百年老树。4月21日,迎着毛毛细雨,记者走在河南省信阳市平桥区五里店办事处的郝堂村,仿佛走在了画里。郝堂村位于河南省信阳市平桥区五里店办事处东南部,面积约16平方千米,属山区村。在新村建设之前,村民住宅新旧不一,外观千差万别,且受地形限制,住宅分散。村里许多年轻人外出打工离开村庄,只留下空巢老人,使得土地撂荒严重。过去,村里垃圾满地,风一刮,垃圾到处飞扬,环境恶劣,几乎成了被遗忘的村庄。
