一、案例背景双杠教学初中体育教学的基本内容之一。它是在双杠上,在双手支撑、双腿悬空的情况下,利用身体的摆动和身体各关节的屈伸完成各种动作。它能很好的增强学生的上肢力量及身体的协调能力,以达到锻炼身体的目的,同时还能培养学生果断、勇敢的优良品质。正是由于是在双手支撑、双腿悬空的情况下完成一系列动作,所以很多学生,在进行动作练习时,产生较为严重的恐惧心理从而严重影响动作完成的质量,使动作产生变形,甚至是无法完成动作。如何消除在双杠练习过程中的恐惧心理,使学生能很好的掌握双杠技能,从而提高教学质量,是双杠教学中的一个值得探讨的课题。
