目的:探讨爽咽荼的抗炎、解热作用。方法:分别以不同动物模型评价爽咽茶对小鼠毛细血管通透性增高的影响,对大鼠甲醛性足肿胀的影响;毒素致热家兔模型及2,4-二硝基酚致热大鼠体模型评价爽咽茶解热效果。结果:爽咽茶1.32,2.64,5.28 g·kg~(-1)各剂组具有明显新抑制醋酸所致血管通透性增加、二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀以及抑制毒素所致家兔体温升高,2,4-二硝基酚所致大鼠体温升高。结论:爽咽茶具有一定的抗炎、解热作用。
Objective: To explore the anti-inflammatory and anti-pyretic effects of Shuangyan peony. METHODS: The effect of Shuangyan Tea on the capillary permeability of mice was evaluated by different animal models, and the effect of formaldehyde-induced paw swelling in rats was investigated. The toxin-induced rabbit model and 2,4-dinitrophenol-induced fever were also studied. Rat Body Model Evaluation of Antipyretic Effects of Soothing Pharyngeal Tea RESULTS: Each of the 1.32, 2.64, 5.28 g·kg -1 Shuangyan tea groups had significant inhibition of acetic acid-induced increase in vascular permeability, xylene-induced mouse ear swelling, and inhibition of toxin-induced rabbit body temperature. Elevated body temperature in rats induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol. Conclusion: Shuangyanhu has some anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects.
