本文试图以动物实验为基础,研究母体同时暴露多种重金属对胎儿的毒性,探讨妊娠时母体胎儿间的关系。作者选用12周的Wistar系雌性大鼠,均衡分为两组,两组体重相近(对照组239±7 mg,实验组240±8 mg)。实验组腹腔注射含Cd、Mn、Cu、Zn和Fe的氯化物溶液2 ml和0.5 ml醋酸铅溶液。两液分别注射,以防沉淀。重金属给予剂量分别为,Pb每公斤体重1 mg、Cd 0.5 mg、Mn2.5mg、Cu 0.5 mg、Zn 1 mg和Fe 2 mg。铅的剂量是参考有关报告而定,其它剂量均为该
This article attempts to animal experiments as the basis to study the mother also exposed a variety of heavy metals toxicity to the fetus to explore the relationship between maternal fetus during pregnancy. The experimental group was injected intraperitoneally with 2 ml of chloride solution containing Cd, Mn, Cu, Zn and Fe and 0.5 ml of lead acetate solution.
