随着《中外合资经营企业法》的颁布,中外合资经营企业在我国得到了蓬勃地发展。八年来的实践证明,它对于我国引进外资、引进先进技术和科学的管理经验,推动我国国民经济的发展,具有重要作用。但是正象任何新生事物一样,它在发展中也是会遇到一些问题的,认真总结经验,有助于完善中外合资经营企业法规,进一步办好中外合资经营企业。本文仅对其中目前存在的一些基本的比较突出的法律问题作些剖析。
With the promulgation of the Law on Sino-Foreign Joint Ventures, Sino-foreign joint ventures have been thriving in our country. Practice over the past eight years has proved that it plays an important role in bringing about the introduction of foreign investment in our country, introducing advanced technology and scientific management experience, and promoting the development of our national economy. However, just like any new thing, it will encounter some problems in its development. It is helpful to consummate its experience and help perfect the laws and regulations on joint ventures between Chinese and foreign investors so as to further establish Sino-foreign joint ventures. This article only analyzes some of the more prominent legal issues that exist in the current text.
