动力系统的同步问题是近年来快速发展的一个科学技术领域。机械振子的同步有三种方法:强制的运动学同步(如用齿轮、链条传动);强制的电同步(如用同步电机);自同步。自同步是最好的同步方法。利用自同步原理不仅可以改进已有振动装置的传动,而且可以原则上构造新的机器和装置。单质量双轴平行惯性式铅垂振动输送机,过去一般都采用强制的运动学同步方法——同一异步电机或两个异步电机通过一对齿轮带动两个各装有两偏心块的轴反向转动,使输送塔作沿铅垂轴的小振动和绕铅垂轴的小振动,从而达到输送物料的目的。但四个偏心块的配置不能任意,而是有一定要求的。
