党的“十八大”和全国“两会”闭幕,标志着中国经济发展迈上了新的征程。全球危机继续发酵、中国经济进入减速通道、经济结构调整任务更加艰巨、国际协调日趋复杂等等,是来自实体经济领域的主要挑战。面对新的挑战,党中央国务院提出了尊重规律、实现有质量、有效益、无水分、可持续经济增长的战略方针。本文的任务,就是分析主要的新挑战,并探讨应对挑战的一些新举措。
The closing of the “18” and “two sessions” of the party marked a new journey for China’s economic development. The global crisis continues to be fermented, the Chinese economy enters a slowdown, the task of adjusting economic structure is more arduous, the international coordination is getting more and more complicated, and so on. This is a major challenge from the real economy. In the face of the new challenges, the CPC Central Committee and State Council put forward the strategic principle of respecting the law and achieving quality, efficiency, non-moisture and sustainable economic growth. The task of this paper is to analyze the major new challenges and to explore some new measures to deal with the challenges.
