基于EMMS方法,提出了适用于稠密气固两相流的修正曳力模型,并将其耦合到欧拉框架下的计算流体力学(CFD)中,结合颗粒动力学理论,建立了基于多尺度流动结构分析的循环流化床循环回路的三维流动模型。通过与试验结果的比较证实了改进模型的可行性,并对床内的特殊流动特征进行了描述。文中提出的曳力模型可以捕获到颗粒团聚的复杂运动,适用于稠密气固两相流动的数值模拟。
Based on the EMMS method, a modified drag model suitable for dense gas-solid two-phase flow is proposed and coupled to Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) under Eulerian framework. Combined with particle dynamics theory, a multi-scale flow Structural Analysis of a Three - dimensional Flow Model of a Circulating Fluidized Bed Loop. The feasibility of improving the model is confirmed by comparison with the experimental results, and the characteristics of the special flow in the bed are described. The drag model proposed in this paper can capture the complex motion of particle agglomeration and is suitable for the numerical simulation of dense gas-solid two-phase flow.
