近年来,中国高校体育教学在终身教育思想与美学理念的影响下,对以往的体育教学内容、教学模式以及课程体系进行改革。体育教育从过去的传授运动技能为主,到现在的按照学生的特点、爱好、兴趣,开设多种多样的选修课、参加俱乐部形式课程以及选项课等,激发了学生掌握体育技能的积极性。健康教育指的是利用有系统、有组织、有计划的社会教育活动,让人们能够自觉地接受有利于身体健康的生活方式与行为方式,减轻或避免影响身体健康的各种危险因素,客观评价
In recent years, under the influence of the idea of lifelong education and the aesthetic concept, physical education in colleges and universities in China has reformed the previous teaching content, teaching mode and curriculum system. Physical education has been mainly used to imparting sports skills from the past. Up to now, it has stimulated students’ mastery of sports skills according to the characteristics of students, hobbies, interests, offering a wide range of elective courses, attending club formal courses and optional courses.
