献血车夏季夜间进乡镇开展献血招募的效果评价

目的探讨献血车夏季夜间进乡镇开展献血招募对提高血液采集量的作用。方法收集2011~2013年7~8月夜间采血资料进行统计分析,评估乡镇夜间献血招募的效果。结果 2011~2013年7~8月夜间乡镇平均每次采血量20.3 U,比城区多11.8 U;乡镇夜间献血者献血前征询和体检初筛不合格占总献血人数的18.3%,明显低于城区不合格率40.0%;乡镇夜间初次献血者比率80%,明显高于城区初次献血者比率36.3%。结论献血车夏季夜间进乡镇献血招募效果优于城区,有助于缓解夏季高温血液短缺的状况。 Objective To investigate the effect of donating blood donation during the summer night into the towns and townships to improve blood collection. Methods Collect night blood sampling data from July to August in 2011 ~ 2013 for statistical analysis to evaluate the effect of nighttime blood donation recruitment in towns. Results The average daily volume of blood collected by towns and townships was 20.3 U at night from July to August in 2011 ~ 2013, 11.8 U more than that in urban areas. Before night blood donation, the number of blood donors was 18.3%, which was significantly lower than that of urban areas The failure rate was 40.0%. The rate of first-time donors at night was 80% in towns and townships, significantly higher than the 36.3% of first-time donors in urban areas. Conclusion Blood donation vehicle is better than urban area in the summer to bring blood donation to the township, which helps to alleviate the high temperature blood shortage in summer.
