孢子丝菌可使人和动物发生孢子丝菌病,是常见的深部真菌病之一,我院发现一例囊虫病合并囊内申克氏孢子丝菌感染,实属罕见,现报道如下。患者女,23岁,以“右颈部肿块八年,颈运动受限两周”为主诉入院。病人于八年前发现右侧颈部长一囊性包块,约4cm×3cm×2cm大小,可推动,无触压痛,未予治疗。两周前发现肿块增大,并出现颈扭转受限。入院查体,一般状况好,血、尿常规正常,细针穿刺提示颈部炎性囊肿。于1997年12月27日局麻下行颈部包块切除术。术中见肿块位于皮下,4cm×5cm×4cm大 Sporotrichosis can cause spores filariasis in humans and animals, is one of the common deep fungal disease, found in our hospital a case of cysticercosis combined with cystic neisseria infection, it is rare, are reported below.
