近两年来,我们围绕组织工作的中心任务,坚持一手抓工作部署,一手抓督促检查,促进组织工作上台阶,取得了明显成效。1994年,我部的于部教育、领导班子思想作风建设、农村党支部建整、党员电化教育、调研信息等工作先后受到了上级的肯定和表彰,有的还在省里有关会议上介绍了经验。针对建立社会主义市场经济体制新形势下组织工作的新情况,我们坚持以改革精神来抓督查,大胆探索,改进方法,做到“四个结合”。(2)布置工作
In the past two years, we have focused on the central task of organizing work, sticking to the one-hand grasp of work arrangements and supervising inspections in one hand and promoting the organizational work on the other. We have achieved remarkable results. In 1994, the Ministry of Education of our department, the ideological style of the leading group, the construction of rural party branches, the education of party members and the investigation and information work have been affirmed and commended by their superiors, and some of them have been introduced at related meetings in the province experience. In the light of the new situation of organizing work under the new situation of building a socialist market economy, we persist in stepping up inspections in the spirit of reform and boldly exploring and improving our methods to achieve the “four combinations.” (2) layout work
