从全疆不同植棉区采集棉花枯萎病病株，经分离纯化和单孢分离获得尖孢镰刀菌菌株，从中选２０个代表菌株，用目前国内外统一使用的一套鉴别寄主进行生理小种鉴定，初步鉴定结果表明：新疆棉区棉花枯萎病菌以７号小种为主。
Fusarium oxysporum isolates were collected from different cotton-growing areas in Xinjiang. Isolates of Fusarium oxysporum were isolated and purified by single-spore separation. Twenty representative strains were selected from them and used as a set of differential hosts Identification, preliminary identification results show that: Xinjiang Cotton Fusarium wilt No. 7 race-based.
