各位领导,各位专家:上午好!我今天演讲的题目是“资本市场的国际化需要大力加强法制建设”。众所周知,国际化和市场化、法制化是中国资本市场未来发展的基本方向。当前,伴随着我国经济金融改革的深化、对外开放的不断扩大以及沪港通的正式运营,我国资本市场的国际化正进入一个“黄金窗口期”。资本市场的国际化,不仅仅是单纯的市场开放,更为重要的是资本市场的投融资行为、交易所体制、监管机制等一系列有法律制度支撑的规则体系的国际化。从规则体系国际化的角度出发,在我国资本市场国际化的进程中,我们将 Ladies and Gentlemen, Good morning, my topic for today’s speech is “The internationalization of the capital market needs to step up the building of the legal system.” As we all know, internationalization, marketization and legalization are the basic directions for the future development of China’s capital market. At present, with the deepening of China’s economic and financial reform, the continuous expansion of its opening up and the official operation of Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect, the internationalization of China’s capital market is entering a “golden window period.” The internationalization of capital market is not merely a mere market opening up. More importantly, it is the internationalization of rules and regulations supported by the legal system, such as the investment and financing activities in the capital market, the exchange system and the regulatory mechanism. From the perspective of the internationalization of the regulatory system, in the process of internationalization of China’s capital market, we will
