刘耕陶等证明:由鬼针草(Bidens bipinnata L.)和海州常山(Clerodendron trichoto-mum Thunb.,通称臭梧桐)所制的复方针桐合剂对大鼠因注射蛋白或甲醛所引起的“关节炎”均有抑制作用.江国萍报告类风湿性关节炎病人口服针桐合剂的疗效.为了寻找此复方的有效成分,本所植物化学室自复方中分离出总生物碱和类固醇两个部分,并自总碱中分离出氯化胆碱及溶解性能不同的碱性物质A,B,C,D,E,F六个部分,我们观察了这些成分对动物实验性关节炎的疗效,并研究了总碱的毒性.蛋白性“关节炎”的产生系按Winder等法,甲醛性“关节炎”的产生系按Bacchus
